Peer Grünewald
Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Peer Grünewald spent the first 20 years of his career in merchant shipping, gaining extensive expertise in chartering, project development, and shipbuilding. He co-founded Oyster Marine to develop hotel yacht projects after serving in senior roles at prestigious shipping firms. He also co-founded capital raising and shipping research firms and leads the Hamburg office of a corporate finance company.
Dennis Monner
CEO & Founder
Dennis Monner is a serial entrepreneur with a strong track record in the tech sector, having founded and sold two cybersecurity companies, his last one was acquired by a large TECH company in Silicon Valley, with Goldman Sachs among the investors.
Dennis established the WYND Group to build a dynamic community of open-minded entrepreneurs and sports enthusiasts.
Tim Hoffmeister
CFO & Co-Founder
Tim Hoffmeister is a seasoned entrepreneur and growth leader with over 25 years of experience. He has successfully led and scaled multiple organisations as a CxO, completing two exits and overseeing more than 10 M&A transactions. Tim is an active member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) and served as President of the EO Chapter in Hamburg, Germany.
